Ideascamp Ventures,S.L. (hereunder, “Meetquo”) owner of Meetquo platform which is accessible through https://meetquo.com/ (the “Website”), a Spanish company with TAX ID number B66940842 recorded in the Commercial Register of Barcelona (Spain).

2. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights applicable to the content included on the website are owned by Meetquo or its licensors and are protected by national and international legislation in force. Insofar as it is not expressly stated otherwise, all rights to the content are reserved.

The above includes, but is not limited to, images, brands, logos, distinctive signs, sounds and animations, texts, sound, visual and audiovisual recordings, and the databases that make up the Website and form part of it.

Any use on your part that has not been previously expressly authorised by Meetquo, whether direct or indirect, with or without profit motive in mind, of the contents, including the downloading and storage, transmission, public communication, distribution, reproduction or transformation, total or partial, of the same, is expressly prohibited, and Meetquo can exercise all the judicial and extrajudicial actions that it considers appropriate as a consequence of a possible infringement of its rights.

The Terms and Conditions and Use of the Website (“Terms”) governing access and use of the Platform are governed by applicable legislation and the principle of bona fide. Registered Users undertake to use the Platform appropriately and in accordance with these Terms. Any conduct that runs counter to the law, the rights or interests of third parties or the provisions of our "legal texts" (hereinafter, this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy) is not permitted.

6. Applicable legislation and dispute resolution

This Legal Notice, Website and Terms and are governed by the Spanish legislation Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory rules regarding jurisdiction and the extrajudicial procedures to which the parties may voluntarily submit.

If any provision of these conditions is deemed invalid by a competent court, the parties shall agree that the court shall attempt to give effect to the will of the parties in the manner reflected in the provision, all without prejudice to the full right and validity of the remaining provisions.

Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the extrajudicial online disputes resolution through electronic contracting (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to which the parties may voluntarily submit themselves, through the intervention of the so-called Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as a neutral intermediary between the two parties.
